Seanoa’s family founded a Polynesian dance troupe in the United States called Tiare Productions. Seanoa made his on stage debut at the 1984 Summer Olympics opening at the age of five.

He became a California State Junior Judo Champion

Joe was an all league football player while attending Ocean View High School.

Before becoming a wrestler, Seanoa worked as a mortgage broker.

He later became the longest reigning UPW Heavyweight Champion ever.

Seanoa avidly trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, judo and Muay Thai at LA Boxing in Costa Mesa, California.

Joe quickly signed with former World Wrestling Federation developmental affiliate Ultimate Pro Wrestling (UPW), where he feuded with John Cena

Upon joining TNA, Seanoa embarked upon an 18 month-long undefeated streak, in which he never lost a match by pinfall or submission

Seanoa has won numerous championships, including 11 between ROH, TNA

Seanoa is close friends with fellow wrestler CM Punk
